You understand that misrepresentation may result in withdrawal of any offer of employment or termination of placement. Penn Skill Search does not charge fees to candidates for recruitment services.

4. Employer & Supplier Terms

Employers and suppliers engaging Penn Skill Search agree to the fee schedule and payment terms outlined in their individual service agreements. Fees are payable upon successful placement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Introduction fees apply to any candidate introduced by Penn Skill Search who is subsequently hired within 12 months, whether directly or indirectly.
